TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ALL EVENTS AT OUR FACILITIES
A non-refundable* deposit is required to reserve a banquet date at either of our facilities. A date will not be reserved until the deposit is actually received.
Payment must be made in full one week prior to your function and two weeks for receptions, unless previous arrangements have been made. Billing will add a 5% surcharge.
All items brought to either location must be removed at the end of your event. We are not responsible for any damage/loss for anything left behind.
Balloons are allowed only if secured at all times. No confetti or table glitter. If candles are used must be in a votive.
No outside alcohol allowed. Both of our locations are non smoking and no vapes.
*The only case in which a deposit may be refunded is if another event can be scheduled in place of the cancelled banquet.
