BANQUETS
A non-refundable* deposit is required to reserve a banquet date. A banquet date will not be reserved until the deposit is actually received.

Payment must be made in full on or before your function, unless previous arrangements have been made. Billing will add a 5% surcharge.
  
*The only case in which a banquet deposit may be refunded is if another event can be scheduled in place of the cancelled banquet.
